Ordering with Mad About Tea
We are mad about you, our customers, and your satisfaction with our products and services. If you receive any products that you are not satisfied with, contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and our staff will work with you to find a solution as quickly as we can!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the health regulations in Australia, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on tea products, however we do our best to provide as much information on all of our teas as possible to assist with your purchase, and can be contacted at any time to help with any queries you have!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If this period of time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not return your purchase directly to a manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs associated with the return of items.
If you are shipping an expensive item, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
